Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Economy — Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days
- Standard — Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days
International Shipping We ship to select countries including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom, and more. International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express.
- USPS International — Estimated delivery in 7–21 business days
- DHL Express — Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at bigwaynenet@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
